David Carson’s presentation at TED in 2003 has been published from the TED archive. I’ve really enjoyed these presentations.
“Great design is a never-ending journey of discovery — for which it helps to pack a healthy sense of humor. Sociologist and surfer-turned-designer David Carson walks through a gorgeous (and often quite funny) slide deck of his work and found images.”

Another inspirational presentation released from the TED archives, this time a talk given by Milton Glaser in 1998.
“Milton Glaser dives deep into a new painting inspired by Piero della Francesca. From here, he muses on what makes a convincing poster, by breaking down an idea and making it new.”

A beautiful stop motion film for 4th Estate Publishers’ 25th Anniversary. Produced over 3 weeks and shot on a home-made dolly by an insane bunch of animators.
Check out 25thestate.com and 4th Estate on Vimeo for some behind the scenes time lapse of the films production.
