This is great. A South African budget airline Kulula has a plane called “Flying 101” that has the plane labelled with all it’s features. My favourite is knowing where “The Big Cheese” sits. Now I want to see some of the other planes in their fleet.
From the Kulula site:
“Our planes are quite unique because they are painted in their very own paint schemes, making your flight experience uniquely memorable. Some of these include the ‘cow’ plane, ‘camo’ plane and ‘the jetsetter’ plane”
This virtual backlot reel from Stargate Studios is great.

Such a simple concept but such a beautiful and mesmerising result - Tokyo Sky Drive.
My wife and I don’t subscribe to the commercial day of love that is ‘valentines day’. But if we did, I’d be out to get her one of these great three colour printed cards on wood from Tad Carpenter.
Anna from Door Sixteen recorded her mouse path for one day, from 10:00am until 5:30pm. The lines are movement, and the dots are periods of inactivity. (The bigger the dot, the longer the rest.)
A beautiful way to ponder the work done in a day.

Great collection of decals from classic old school Tamiya RC cars. One day I’m planning to get myself a Frog, Grasshopper, Hornet or Fox.

Just ordered my daughter a copy of the Doodlers Anonymous Coloring Book. A little launch event was held as part of Miami’s first annual Family Day in the Design District on December 12th. Looks like a lot of fun was had.
Loving the sketches of Jim Brandshaw. Also check out his Flickr and blog.
